Asbestos fiberfill rope lagging, with open mesh cover braided from ceramic fiber, is a comparatively light weight thermal insulating material. Possessing good elasticity and flexibility, It is suitable for use at temperatures up to 550centigrade on heating pipelines with many flexure and subject to constant vibration. Loss on ignition: 32% max.

Refractoriness: 550-650centigrade
